WHOOP integration
Peptarget is a private tracker for a personal peptide protocol: what was taken, how much, where, and what the body did in response. WHOOP is the "what the body did" half. A member connects once (OAuth, read-only scopes) and their recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, strain and workouts appear next to their doses, so they can see whether a compound, a dose change or a schedule change moves their recovery.
What members get
- Yesterday's recovery, HRV, resting HR and strain on the home screen, next to today's doses.
- 30 and 90 day charts of recovery (with WHOOP's zone colours), HRV and resting HR, sleep performance and hours, strain, with a strip marking which compounds were taken each day.
- Workouts from WHOOP in the training log with sport, duration, strain, average and max heart rate.
- Observations in Insights: mean recovery and HRV on days after a given compound versus other days, presented as observations, never as advice.
- Data ownership: a manual override for any day, one-click disconnect (token revoked and deleted), CSV export, printable report, and "delete everything".
Data handling
- Scopes: read:recovery, read:cycles, read:sleep, read:workout, read:profile, read:body_measurement, offline.
- Sync runs when the member opens the app and the data is older than three hours, plus once a day in the background; each sync covers a three-day window (30 days on first connect) using the collection endpoints with pagination.
- Tokens are stored server-side in a table the browser cannot read; refresh tokens are rotated on every refresh.
- One summarised row per day is stored; no WHOOP data is shared with anyone, sold, or used for anything except showing it back to the member.
- Full policy: peptarget.com/privacy.
